Sure thing! AboutOne is one. The program that comes with Neat scanners is pretty good as well. I know a lot of people who use Microsoft OneNote. Personally, I'm still in the "just use digital folders like I would paper folders" system!

It is definitely a balance to figure out how specific to go. I waffle between wanting more folders with fewer things in them and fewer folders with more items!

The other problem with ebooks and printables -- besides just having so many files to sort through -- is they're so big a lot of the time that they really do take up a lot of space and have an additional cost! I am the exact same way with the things I find!

I need to get better at naming my folders. I start out with very broad, generic titles and then the get very full. I need to go back and make sub-categories. On the other hand, I don't want to have SO many different folders I don't know where I stored something! Oh and I definitely need to clean out some older and duplicate files!
Great post!
